Due to the very nature of foraging most of our fresh products are seasonal. However, using a variety of naturally preserving methods, we bottle, package and proudly present to you wild foods which can be enjoyed all year round.
All our wild ingredients are carefully hand-picked and prepared using traditional, tried and tested methods.
Our dried teas are made using a natural air drying process to ensure that all the goodness that nature packs into them is delicately preserved. Our wild mushrooms enjoy the same process.
The jams and syrups don’t contain anything other than naturally preserving ingredients such as sugar. No e-numbers, colourants or additives. Our products are tasty, healthy and simple. Just as Mother Nature intended.
Currently we are selling our products through the London Farmers' Market in Blackheath. Come and find us there
on Sundays (every 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday of the month) 10am to 2pm.
