Spring foraging is a really exciting time. Nature awakes from its long winter sleep brining along a fantastic range of wild foods to forage.
The majority of spring wild foods can be easily picked from the most common places such as parks, squares, green open spaces including your gardens!

Sorrel, dandelion, nettle - the list is endless! These spring tasties burst with vitamins, colour and fragrance and are extremely easy to preserve for later use.
