Why not introduce your child to cooking and learning about various foods from an early age?
We believe that kids can only benefit from knowing that food does not always come from a supermarket shelf! This knowledge can help them along the way and lead to a healthier lifestyle in the future. Knowing how to cook can improve their relationship with food and eating, especially if they are fussy eaters.
We run cooking classes which are fun, inspirational and educational. During these classes children are introduced to a variety of tasty healthy foods and the concept of cooking using different ingredients (including wild ones too!). When in season, some of the ingredients can be picked fresh from our vegetable and herb garden providing a unique opportunity to have a hands-on experience of food!
